1. Planning and Budgeting
Annual NPI business planning and CapEx budgeting, monitor the actual data in order to achieve the target.
2. Policies and Procedures
Implement plant NPI procedures and align with TE corporate policies in order to ensure the project can be implemented smoothly.
3. Project Management
Develop project master plan, assign tasks, review and monitor projects progress and drive related parties in order to ensure projects successful implementation with achieving project cost, timeline and quality target, including migration project and new products.
4. FA Follow up
Coordinate related function team to submit FA (First Article) samples and get it qualified in order to ensure project successful implementation.
5. System Set Up
Coordinate to set up system, SAP, StarTec, in order to ensure project successful implementation.





Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree with mechanical/electric related majors;

2. 5 years Project Management experience;

3. 2+ year experience on cable assembly industry;

4. Good command of English on both speaking and writing.

5. Good coordination and communication skill, accountability, integrity, customer focus, and cost structure.
