1． Responsible for customer requirements of product design, to provide product solutions, quotation, Follow-up the Sample , E - BOM. and so on related work；
2． Responsible for product qualified documents transfer to production/quality；
3． Do DFMEA and define the whole schedule of new product development；
4． Product verification, failure analysis, improvement action；
5． Customer spec interpersonal and summary；
6． Project management and train other product engineers.
任职资格:
1. Bachelor Degree or above, mechanical/electronics or related majors with good studies；
2. 3 years working experience, at least 2 years of high speed cable/ connector design；
3. Familiar Pro/E, CAD；
4. Proven result driven performances and able to work independently under pressure；
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills, good command of English skills both in written and oral；
Can English con-call with the customers；
6. Project management skills.
