Job Descriptions：

1, 新项目开发，报价，协助市场开发部门赢得客户。

New project develop, quote and assist Marketing department win the customer.

2, 项目开发过程中和客户在技术层面沟通，协助客户改善项目。

Communicate with customer in process of project development and assist customer improve the project.

3, 按要求进行样品制作安排，并让客户承认样板。

Build samples according to customer’s requirement and get sample approval from customer.

4, 分析项目的具体物料，合理控制成本，安排生产计划协助物料部门购买相关物料。

Analysis materials about project control the cost.

5, 协同工程部，质检部，生产部完成项目生产前期准备。并安排进行小批量试产，及时分析处理生产过程中可能存在的问题。

Preparing mass production with ME, QA, Production team as a team leader. Run pilot and solve the problem may happen in the mass production.

6, 批量生产开始阶段跟进生产情况，保证按客户要求日期送达货物。

Follow up mass production when the new project beginning and make sure the schedule can meet customer’s requirement.





Job Requirements：

1、大专以上学历；

College graduated or above.

2、具备3年以上线束行业项目管理工作经验；

At least 3 years related PE experience in wire harness industry and have management capability and can solve problem

3、良好的英文读、写能力；

Good command of English in reading and writing;

4、具有良好的沟通能力协调能力及执行力；

Strong communication and coordination abilities, strong execution.

5、富有团队精神；

Excellent team player

6、能够承受压力。

Able to work under pressure
