ESSENTIAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
岗位职责 ·
Learn and understand technical products and processes.学习和理解产品的技术和工艺·
Maintain internal price and delivery module, responding promptly to sales维护内部价格和交期，及时响应给销售·
Responsible for planning, and on-time delivery负责计划和按时交付·
Manage/Maintain inventory levels to achieve company inventory turns targets, while continually improving on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.管理/维护库存水平以达成库存周转率的目标，持续改进准时交付和客户满意度·
Ensure integrity of system information including part setup, approval, cost, resale, packaging information, descriptions, and other part data maintenance.确保包括料号设置，审批，费用，转售，包装信息，描述和其它数据的完整性·
Negotiate pricing, minimums, deliveries with suppliers to support company and customer needs与供应商进行价格，最小订货量，交期的谈判以支持公司和客户的需求·
Set up part numbers and bill of materials in the ASW (MRP) system 在ASW系统里建立料号和物料清单·
Provide technical support for internal and external customers为内部和外部的客户提供技术支持·
Strategic responsibility for supplier management, relationship building, and performance.负责供应商管理，关系维护和绩效评估

REQUIREMENTS 要求·
Minimum Bachelor degree and 4+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 本科以上学历，4年以上相关工作经验·
Experience in a Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain environment, with strong skills in MRP/ERP planning systems and Excel data manipulation preferred.有制造业或供应链方面的经验，熟练MRP/ERP和Excel数据操作的优先考虑·
Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) in both English and Mandarin.能用英语和普通话有效沟通·
Prior Product Management experience preferred有产品管理经验优先·
Experience in connector field preferred有连接器领域经验者优先考虑
