职位要求
Responsible for setup and optimization of molding process and supervising to ensure molding production stability and high quality level.
l 负责注塑工艺的建立和优化，监督确保注塑生产的稳定性和高质量水平。
l Actively troubleshoot quality related issues leading to a root cause analysis coupled with corrective action recommendations.
l 积极解决与质量相关的问题，进行根本原因分析，并提出纠正措施。
l Based on quality findings and improvement efforts, provide design suggestions which could improve product quality and offer potential cost reductions.
l 根据质量检测和改进工作，提供可提高产品质量并降低潜在成本的设计建议。
l Member of project and support project team for any related duties as production trial run, technical issues analysis, training and reporting Ect……
l 作为项目和项目支持团队成员，负责试产、技术问题分析、培训和报告等相关工作。
l Monitoring of daily production operation according to PCN and related guide lines and procedures and daily report responsible.
l 根据PCN及相关准则和程序对日常生产运行情况进行监控，负责日常报告。
l Manage transitions of plastic tooling from one supplier to another.
l 管理塑胶工具从一个供应商到另一个供应商的转移
l Manage projects, provide estimates, and cost analysis, manage the related molding tooling, related document.( injection data sheet, PFMEA,PMP, quality standard…….)
l 管理项目，提供估算和成本分析，管理相关注塑模具，相关文件（注塑数据表，PFMEA，PMP，质量标准......）
l Initiate and update Routing (molding) data.
l 发起和更新路由（注塑）数据。
l Continuous improvement for mold tooling and molding process.
l 模具和注塑工艺的持续改进。
l Lean tools implementation; launch the TPM, SMED, QRQC, A3 project.
l 精益工具的实施；开展TPM，SMED，QRQC，A3项目。
l Lead injection team for further improvement in technology.
l 带领注塑团队进一步改进技术。
l Be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
l 随时准备负责执行主管指派的其他任务。
岗位要求：
l Above college degree major in mechanical or automation or related industries.
l 大专以上学历，机械或自动化相关专业。
l Above 5 years working experience in plastic mold design.
l 5年以上注塑模具设计的工作经验。
l Be familiar molding process set up and maintenance available.
l 熟悉注塑工艺流程的建立和维护。
l Be familiar with Auto CAD and Pro-E sofeware
l 熟练使用Auto CAD和Pro-E软件等模具设计软件。
l Working independently for trouble shooting, and has team work spirit.
l 能够独立解决问题并具有团队合作精神。
