Job Function:
Responsible for the technical introduction and promotion of products to customers.
Support customers and design houses in developing application notes in any technical problems in the life cycle of the application product.
Support customers in their production ramp-up cycle: engineering sample, product sample, pilot production and mass production;
Responsible for performing Sales and FAE training.
Seminars to customers introducing existing and new products.
Interact & cooperate with sales & marketing team.
Responsible for defining and clarifying any technical issues related to new or existing products and clearly communicate that to the company.
Prepare the training materials and write an application notes
Provide the real time product info and project schedule for Marketing and Sales
Qualification:
Bachelor+ degree with fluent in spoken & written Chinese and English
At least 5 years experiences in RJ45，integratd RJ45, SFP field.
Good knowledge in signal integrity, EMC, magnetics, etc.
Pro-active attitude, hard working, and teamwork spirit
Excellent social skills, capable of building relationships and willing to travel
Good presentation and communication skills
Quick learner and analytic thinker
Ability to work under pressure
